build your creative problem-solving confidence to handle complex work challenges

working with an international team in the Netherlands can feel like…

📋 making clear agreements that somehow slip people’s minds

🤷 doing everything yourself because it’s just easier than explaining

👥 being labelled "too direct" when you're just trying to be honest

🔥 struggling to catch the gist of endless debates

🤝 wanting to be more proactive but feeling exhausted

🌊 drowning in details and critical comments while the big picture slips away

Unpacking
the invisible

As an international professional myself, I know exactly how difficult it sometimes feels to work in an international team. Both for leaders and for team members. After bumping into teamwork issues myself, I realized that my background in psychology, over a decade of research in creative thinking, and my ability to visualize complex situations have always helped me find solutions to these challenges. Here’s what I discovered:

When we're overwhelmed and acting under pressure, we can't access our natural creative problem-solving abilities. But when we permit ourselves to think outside the box, that’s when the true magic starts to happen.

I’ve seen so many people stuck and becoming resentful because they didn’t dare to think unconventionally. Out of my passion to spread creative thinking, I developed the creative confidence approach: a safe space for you to explore the situation, see your thoughts clearly (literally!), and rediscover your ability to find innovative solutions.

The result? Feeling confident in solving complex work challenges creatively and trusting your ability to think outside the box in tricky situations. Because I believe that you are competent to tackle any work challenge - you just need to learn how to listen to your own voice and discover your authentic pathway.

Which situation feels familiar?

  • Lost in the Maze

Drowning in details: things slip out of control, can’t see the big picture

Can’t scratch the itch: misunderstandings pop up like weeds, struggling to get on the same page with others

Stuck between above and below: squeezed between unhappy team below and demanding management above

  • The Golden Retriever

Self-sufficient: won’t ask for help because “easier to do it myself”

Trusting blindly: feels awkward following up on agreements and confronting problems

Lonely optimist: smiles on the outside while silently drowning on the inside

  • The Sharp Shooter

Disappointed captain: agreements sink without a trace despite leading with a clear vision

Honesty advocate: appreciates openness and shoots opinions directly, which upsets some people

Just do it: wants more action but people don’t take initiative and need to be taken by the hand

Let’s build creative confidence!

Creative confidence
coaching roadmap

Here’s how we build your creative confidence to handle complex work challenges
using brainstorming, visual thinking, and psychology-based methods:

  • You recognize that your teamwork challenges aren't getting better with traditional approaches. Whether you're drowning in competing demands, exhausting yourself trying to please everyone, or frustrated that your clear direction isn't landing, you reach out for support through HR or external coaching.

  • We meet for an informal conversation over coffee to explore your specific situation without pressure. This session gives you a chance to share what's happening with your team while I explain how creative confidence coaching works and we determine if it's right for you.

  • We begin mapping out your situation using visual thinking techniques, making invisible patterns visible and workable. As we explore your thoughts and feelings through drawing and sketching, you start gaining clarity that helps you see beyond current limitations.

  • You learn practical brainstorming techniques and creative problem-solving methods to generate innovative solutions. We develop and refine approaches that feel authentic to your personality while addressing real team dynamics, building your confidence in creative thinking.

  • You've developed skills and confidence to handle leadership challenges creatively and independently. Rather than feeling stuck in repeated patterns, you now trust your ability to find innovative solutions to new situations as they arise.
